Leadership

Theodore Hesburgh:
The very essence of leadership is that you have to have a vision.

Great leaders often take a path not yet travelled for the sake of the ones to follow. They know where they are going and don't go there alone. They take others with them, leaving a legacy for others to walk along and make it possible for them to extend the journey far beyond that of themselves.
